yup, malaking issue nga yan sa airline industries ngayon, actually nung umuwi kami ng Pinas hinanap yung credit card ko na ginamit pang book ng ticket.. tinitignan nila kung sayo tlga. Buti nlng at CC ko yun, singapore to manila flight via singapore airlines po yun.

I heard same story like this in HK the last time we were there. Parang taga Pampangga yong mga victims. Iba-ibang credit cards ng iba tao ginamit to purchase the tickets. It turned out to be fake tickets nila kaya di sila pinasakay pabalik...Wala na pera yong mga victims cashed out na sa shopping... Ewan ko ano na nangyari sa kanila....Dahil papasok na kami to immigration. So be carefull in dealing na lang sa iba tao.

If I were Fei I will be mad. If I were ROCKSTAR magagalit din ako pag siningil ako 1400USD.

Let's analyze the story here...

Fei paid 1600USD for 2 tickets
Only one ticket went through
Fei Dad's have to pay 1400USD at the airport
Fei is asking for the 1400 from ROCKSTAR

First kasi, ang pagkasunduan ni Fei and Rockstar is 1600USD for 2 tickets. So that's 800usd per ticket. According to Rockstar, Fei paid the ticket and hide the real amount to her own sister baka siguro pinatungan nya ng presyo yun price ni ROCKSTAR.

@ROCKSTAR - You and Fei agreed to 800usd per ticket. Question here is, DID YOU offer to payback the 800usd? According to your write-up you were comparing the 2 tickets to one orginal price ticket. If I were Fei, magagalit din ako sayo if you didn't even bother to pay back the 800usd. Kasi yun ang pagkasunduan natin.

Well, that explains the 1400USD...

Fei is just asking back what is due her and even protect her friend's name.

Being greedy is sometimes not a crime. But scamming people's credit card is a CRIME. Tama naman ginawa ng parent's ni Fei, if they have waited hours to get another rebooking another credit card will be scammed. Eh di mas lalo magka blacklist sila sa states nyan.. tsk..tsk...

@Rockstar- go back to your first post in here. The way you explained yourself why you shouldn't be paying your friend back the money clearly stated na ayaw mo talaga sya bayaran kahit ning singko.

2. yes i told her na i will make patong coz my sis is paying for it. ke magpatong man ako, ano naman paki-alam mo pa? was so shocked when this girl said she will tell my sis na i made patong pa. naka2takot na ka deal eto... at the end, ikaw pa gagawing masama. tsk...tsk...

3. continental air called us & the other CC owner reported already na her CC was used for un-authorized purchased of tickets. they want us to pay the other roundtrip ticket! what a stress! will not post anymore what we talked about w/ continental air. this matter is in the process of legal actions already. gave u last chance to pay me & u just ignored my texts.

4. at my 1st post, i mentioned already her excuses...
- yung 1.4k us dol papalitan na lang daw ng another roundtrip ticket kasi di raw refundable yung binayaran sa airport. well hindi nga refundable kasi gumamit kayo ng CC ng hindi sa inyo! ano pa ire-refund namin. yung 1st payment na 1.8k us dol, binulsa kasi gumamit ng 2CCs to purchase tickets na hindi sa inyo!
- kaya raw cheap yung tickets kasi smuggled??? air ticket? smuggled???!!!
- biktima? kasi raw yung partner nawawala? so why until now you're still selling air tickets? kala ko nawawala na yung partner niyo na incharge sa ticketing? tuloy pa rin ang transactions nila until now

sinisingil ko po yung 1.4us dol kasi 1.8k us dol lang po ang pinag-usapan. think logically? ako nasisiraan ng ulo? paki analyze nga ulet kung ANO ANG PINAG USAPAN NA PRICE? sana dun na lang kami sa mahal na walang sakit ng ulo at hindi gumagamit ng CC na nakaw!

kung kayo ang nasa kalagayan ko, na-interrogate parents & paid addtl. 1.4us dol, all the hassles & stress we encountered, sa akin lahat binuhos ang sisi/galit etc. what will u feel?

settle in decent/mature manner? pumayag na nga ako na u pay me installment kasi sabi mo wala kang pera but sa huli ikaw na ang galit. wala po siyang planong magbayad kaya inaway na lang ako para hindi na siya masingil. kinalimutan ko na yung pera ko at kayo tapos eto na naman bagong problem, nag report na yung 1 owner ng CC!

Pexer seller na po ako since 2004. wala po akong niloko na customers at wala po akong tract records ng pagnanakaw. u can check the feedbacks & testimonials at my threads. i can sleep peacefully every night coz i dont owe anyone.

Lesson of the story: If it's too good to be true, then most probably it is NOT true. The best way to settle this issue is to go to the proper forum (ie: file a case in court). In that way, Rocks Star et al will cease their scheming ways (if the accusations were true). Stealing cc and using the same is a criminal offense and people responsible should be put behind bars. Throwing accusations here at pex will not solve the problem (Although exciting on the readers' part). Baak madami pa maloko ng mga taong ito.

point is....ke minark-upan yung airfare...usd5k, usd3k whatever amount is..ang agreement is: rockstar is supposedly selling a usd800 RT tickets...PERIOD. since hindi ihonor ng airline coz of fraudulent transaction ang airfare ng parents ni Fei.... but if i were Fei, i would demand a FULL REFUND on the ticket price that her parents bought from the airport.

Imagine the hassle of your parents having to go through such scenario...

also, it's NOT the fact that rockstar got her tickets from who knows where e. it's the fact that the tickets COULDN'T BE USED, even when isabella or fei or what's her name PAID rockstar for it. gets? also, if you read ALL the posts here, you will see that the TS exhausted all efforts naman to get rockstar to pay up for what she believes to be a scam (yes, using another person's credit card to purchase something for your own benefit is indeed a scam), and only posted here when she couldn't get a cent from rockstar.

ok, pinabili ako ng 2 na movie tickets ng mama ko. pagdating sa mall, nakita ko kaibigan ko, sabi ng friend ko, may 2 tickets daw sya for the same movie pero sale daw nya ng 50.00 each imbes na 120.00 each. syempre excited ako, mura e. so binili ko, tapos inuwi ko sa bahay yung movie tickets at binigay ko sa mama ko (walang sukli, raket ko na yung 70.00x 2=140.00 pang-load). pag dating ng mama at ate ko sa movie theatre, nalaman nilang fake pala yung tickets na hawak nila. so syempre, since andun na sila, bumili nalang sila ulit ng tickets. tapos pinagalitan ako pag-uwi nila at sinisingil nila yung 240.00.

syempre, nagalit ako sa friend kong nagbenta sa akin nung fake tickets. so sya, i want my money back. pero ayaw nang ibigay ng friend ko. ino-offer nya sa akin, ibang movie tickets naman. e aanhin ko naman yun? so syempre, di ko na kinagat. at hello, malay ko ba kung fake ulit yun?

sino ang may kasalanan? sobrang simple lang ng story pero diba? kahit naging raket ko kunwari yung extra na siningil ko nung una sa mama ko, fake pa din yung tickets na galing sa friend ko. dapat ibalik sa akin ng friend ko yung 100.00 na original na bayad ko sa tickets na in-offer nya sa akin?
